The Signature
A 3 or 6 month program that allows you to learn sustainable lifestyle changes for a lifetime of feeling strong, empowered, and peaceful. This program will get you to a place where you enjoy moving your body, eating nutritiously and look forward to making time for yourself.
In this program we accomplish the following so you can start to change your habits for a lifetime of a healthier lifestyle.
*Goals: Set clear & achievable fitness and health goals that will help you sustain an active energetic lifestyle for a lifetime
*Optimal Nutrition: Learn and implement the importance of a well-balanced & nutritious diet w/o feeling restricted on what you can eat
*Activity: Incorporate a variety of movements/workouts to get toned, fit and lean with less pain and learn the importance of rest for healing and growth. Learn to love your activity, having the desire to do it often.
*Lifestyle Integration: Learn to embrace a lifestyle of wellness, mindfulness, exercise, and nutritious choices to foster lasting health
